It never ceases to amaze me how often I encounter generous, caring people. Sometimes its just little acts of kindness and sometimes it’s people doing things that seem almost impossible to achieve. Often it’s hard for me to imagine the level of generosity I’m witnessing. Last Saturday evening was one of those times.
Along with other family members, I attended a dinner and auction to benefit a charity called Sportsmen for Heroes Foundation. This charity is dedicated to funding disabled veterans on hunting and fishing trips that they would never be able to experience on their own because of financial or physical limitations. Led by Sonny Tapia this charity is doing great work.
